This was my first time using movers and I was very skeptical about it because I immediately go to the most recent negative reviews and get to reading. I reviewed several local Austin moving services and I chose to go with these guys, and man was I glad I did!First with the Pros. The two gentleman were very polite and friendly. Really outgoing and nice. They did an excellent job with securing my belongings for transport. They were extremely careful about going around corners and doorways and even coming up the stairs. Not one scuff mark! They did my move in a timely manner as well. They hustled and got finished before the estimated time of completion. I really can’t say enough good things about them.Now for the Cons. Welp, I had none. If I had to say anything negative about them, it would be a lie. No joke. I am thougfhrly impressed. After this lease, if I choose to move elsewhere, I’m contacting this company again. I strongly recommend you go with this company if you have any doubts about which establishment to go with

Absolutely great service! Movers were friendly and efficient. Admin service was also great, when I inquired about the service they followed up with me and even at hours that worked with my schedule. I was able to book them a week/a couple of days in advance of my move. I would rehire if/when needed in the future!

ATX Firefighters Moving are very respectful and the best professional movers that we have used in Austin. They are very responsive and organized with creating a moving quote. Communication was very impressive. From start to finish, they packed up all of our belongings and efficiently transferred all of our items to our new residence. They were prompt, kind, diligent and were very helpful in placing our furniture in our new home. I used ATX Firefighter Moving recently for a small move. The price was good and they were easy to work with. On move day, there was a large item that couldn't be handled by the crew with the truck they had. They brought another truck out and were able to move the item. The movers were courteous and efficient. I would use this company again if I need to do a local move.

Tyler and Deshaun were so efficient and helpful! 100% will be going with this company for any further moves. My 1 bed - 1 bed apartment move took about 3 hours (one Austin location to another). I was quoted for about $400 for 2 hours, but the elevator delays ended up taking longer than expected. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Emmanuel's crew. I was moving some larger items into a storage unit that was already mostly full, and they did a great job moving things around and getting everything to fit (just barely). Even in the extreme heat they moved quickly and did a great job.

Reasonably priced and very efficient. Moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a home and we were done in about 3 hours. Andrew and Q were quick, polite, and understanding. They took extreme care when handling our furniture and Q was able to fix a drawer of mine that has been broken for about a year!

Moving is stressful - and ATX Firefighter Moving removed my stress. Kelli talked me through the process, and personalized it and adjusted it as I gave her details.Andrew and Mr.Q called this morning and showed up ready to roll. They were extremely efficient in splitting up the work and in working together when needed. Truck loaded in under 40 mins. They were just as efficient with the offload and organizing the storage space. Andrew asked if I'd need access to some items more than others and organizing it accordingly. Great crew. 5 stars for Mr. Q and Andrew.

Nobody likes moving. Nobody likes moving in June, in Texas. And nobody likes moving from a 3rd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment. I cannot say enough incredible things about these guys! They made it all such a pleasant experience. From great attitudes about not so great moving conditions, to jokes with me, to getting the job done as quickly as possible and without a single thing going wrong. Everything was handled with care and I really have not a single bad thing to say. A+, 10 stars, for absolutely everything. I never want to move again but when I do, absolutely calling these guys for help.

I am a manager for a local U-Haul location here in Austin Texas. I have been helping this team with their truck reservations and moves for about a month now. They return the trucks in pristine condition, and most other moving companies will leave it a mess.
