I had major damage to my Lago Vista condo from the freeze and had to move what was salvageable to a storage unit. I was referred to Ashley at ATX Firefighter Moving and she was so helpful and nice, setting up the move within a week due to the urgency of my having to vacate. The 3 movers were punctual in their arrival time, efficient in the time they took to load the truck, and super friendly and helpful! I plan on requesting the same movers when my condo is repaired they were that great!

Contacted ATX 3 days in advance for a local move in Austin. They were great! Right on time, incredibly professional, very quick and thorough. They did a fantastic job and were always very responsive to anything we needed. Originally quoted 4-hours, and they did it in two, and adjusted the rate accordingly. They really did make everything very easy and stress free!

These guys were professional, cool, and friendly all at once. We had an issue with the moving date due to all the ice in the recent days, but once that was over, they were on time, ready to work, and was quick about it. The two guys moved my stuff in no time, despite the elevator problem we had in my building. I will be using them again for my next move, that's for sure.

The guys that were sent to move is showed up early and worked hard and efficiently. They started at 7:45 am and loaded two trucks carefully and travelled 3-1/2 hours to our new home. They began unloading at 5:45 pm and worked until they were through around 9:45 pm. They were absolutely the sweetest guys and could not have been more pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond and did it laughing and having a great time the entire day. We were completely satisfied and thankful for these young men. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I've used ATX Firefighter Moving. It was a special circumstance to move a deceased family member's belongings to the surviving mother's area. They were on time. Wore masks at all times.Very attentive when I gave instructions and concerns. They asked for permission before breaking down certain items when they couldn't get them through doorways.I specifically told them that we would prefer to have them take extra time and care on the items and they took exactly the amount of time that was in the original estimate while being extra careful of the boxes and furniture.The most impressive part and the reason why I chose them in the first place, was the human care they gave to my family in this difficult experience. It was very emotional for me to see the moving process, so I appreciated their efforts.I sent them to meet the deceased family member's mother and brother at a storage unit. They were extremely kind. They treated them with empathy while professionally and respectfully getting the job done.I would recommend this group to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

I had quite a few large items I couldn't move myself. Two firefighters showed up early, quickly and easily moved the furniture and then asked if there was anything else they could pack up in the truck. They made moving so much easier and faster than I expected. They were very cool, friendly, and professional. The price was very reasonable. I will be using them again.

Great company! I recommend them highly!!We were scheduled for a day the weather was supposed to be stormy, they were kind enough to change the day to Labor Day to avoid the storm and get us into our home. The team that moved us was quick and efficient. They moved our 4 bedroom home into our new home in 6 hours, they showed great care of our furniture and our homes.If you are looking for efficient polite team to move you who have all the skills necessary to do the job, this is the company you want!

The movers from ATX where awesome!! They came and moved us on a day where the heat index was 110 and they worked continuously. they worked an extra long day to ensure that they completed our job. Even with our initial estimate on needing a single moving truck, we had more than that and they brought out a trailer as well to complete move.Great crew, I would hire them again!!Thanks ATX Movers!!

We hired ATX Firefighter Moving and I have one word to describe them....EXCELLENT!!! These guys wrapped all of my furniture securely and other than a small mark going up the stairs which was very understandable due to the piece of furniture they were moving, I can not complain. The guys were extremely nice and very helpful throughout the entire move. I would definitely hire them again and I definitely recommend these guys to move your home. The guys came in accessed the place and furniture and within an hour had all my furniture completely wrapped, loaded, and headed to the next place. These guys were very honest and kept me informed throughout the job. Give these guys a call for your move. 5 stars all the way.

I would highly recommend anyone who is needing to move in the Austin area to check out this company. They were incredibly prompt with their responses when setting up moving times and dates. The guys that came to load our stuff on to the truck were fantastic and worked quickly and efficiently. We ended up having a delayed closing on our new home and they were incredibly understanding and generous in regards to having to reschedule services. A+ team!

Nick did a spectacular job with our moves, we had 2 separate dates and 3 pick ups with delivery over an hour away. They were efficient, nothing was broken and everything was put where we wanted it and put back together. They even took a load to be donated. Kindest, strongest men ever! They all are so helpful and true gentlemen. When I forgot a piece that needed to be moved, they didn’t hesitate a second to come back and move it.
