This was my first time working with this moving company and Joe and Marquies exceeded my expectations. They wrapped my furniture, handled everything with care, and were super fast even with me having 3 flights of stairs ! also very friendly guys in general. The pack, transport, and drop off to the new house was seamless. I will be calling again for future moves and referring anyone else in the meantime !

We hired them for moving our son from Austin to Dallas (his first apartment). Marquees and Cody did a great job and took care to wrap up the furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and were very easy to work with. I would hire them again!

Just used ATX Firefighter Moving to move from one side of Austin all the way to other, and it’s worth every penny!!! PJ, Joe, and Mafa (sp? sorry I should have ask for spelling) were incredible, professional, and so optimistic! (Even when moving things up two flights of stairs.) They took care not to damage any walls or doors, and they took the time to make sure my items were secured and safe. And it was so great not having to worry about driving a massive truck myself!They made moving enjoyable-I never thought that was possible, and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. So grateful, and will use ATX Firefighter Moving for every move in the future.

Excellent experience! Dasean & Joe were professional and helpful. They provided guidance on best to approach moving certain items and they quickly helped wrap secure larger items. They even disassembled and reassembled the bed frame in order to properly move it and I really appreciate that!

Good communications. Crew was very professional, knew what they were doing. A few pieces of furniture were damaged, but assured they will be repaired or replaced by Luis.Crew worked long hours & completed the move. Set up the beds at our new place to allow my wife and I to get a good night's sleep.Would certainly recommend this trustworthy team for any local move. They care about their customers and take great pride in their work.Feel like I am a very good judge of character, being retired, ex-law enforcement. For our move, ATX Firefighters sent over 3 movers to get us across town to a new 4 bedroom house. The team of Ilyas, Ayoub, and Kamal were efficient, professional, and personable. After the team showed up, they did a walkthrough of the house and discussed a plan for how to tackle the job before ever starting the clock on the move. The three of them immediately got to work. Moving quickly while also taking care to wrap and pad any furniture or fragile objects.Our move was cursed with sudden and intense bouts or rain, but the 3 of them kept things moving where they could. I ran into some issues with disconnecting the large appliances and Ilyas stepped in to help. When were were unable to shut off the water to the fridge, he even offered to come back later to help move it so we didn’t have any more delays that day. Despite the setbacks, the move went very smoothly and we are happy in our new home.Thanks!

I had an amazing experience with ATX Firefighter Moving. They made my moving process smooth and stress free. I had gotten a quote for two movers but on the day of they showed up with a third person free of charge. This made my move even more efficient and less expensive. This was my first time using movers and I was very skeptical about it because I immediately go to the most recent negative reviews and get to reading. I reviewed several local Austin moving services and I chose to go with these guys, and man was I glad I did!First with the Pros. The two gentleman were very polite and friendly. Really outgoing and nice. They did an excellent job with securing my belongings for transport. They were extremely careful about going around corners and doorways and even coming up the stairs. Not one scuff mark! They did my move in a timely manner as well. They hustled and got finished before the estimated time of completion. I really can’t say enough good things about them.Now for the Cons. Welp, I had none. If I had to say anything negative about them, it would be a lie. No joke. I am thoroughly impressed. After this lease, if I choose to move elsewhere, I’m contacting this company again. I strongly recommend you go with this company if you have any doubts about which establishment to go with

Absolutely great service! Movers were friendly and efficient. Admin service was also great, when I inquired about the service they followed up with me and even at hours that worked with my schedule. I was able to book them a week/a couple of days in advance of my move. I would rehire if/when needed in the future!

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

Thank you for choosing ATX Firefighter Moving for your upcoming move. Safety is a top priority for us and in order to maintain the highest levels of safety, we have and will continue to implement new ideas and observe recommendations from agencies such as the CDC, Texas HHS, AMSA and SMA. Currently, we are not requiring our movers to wear masks during the move. This is due to the extreme physical labor moving in Texas requires. However, they will be wearing masks during the initial walk-throughs and the checkout process.

Trucks are cleaned and disinfected before and after every move

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

Each mover on our team has their temperature checked with a no-contact forehead thermometer before they leave each morning to ensure we are not sending anyone out with a fever.
Requiring employees that exhibit symptoms to stay at home.
Implemented work from home policies for our office staff.
New morning procedures and scheduling practices to keep teams isolated and reduce our mover’s exposure to the smallest number of people possible.
We have supplied each of our team members with cloth masks. If you are a senior citizen or have a health restriction, please let your sales rep know so we can arrange for more mask wearing during your move.
IF RAINING: if we are moving during rain or storms, we may not be able to keep our masks on as breathing becomes incredibly difficult once the masks become wet/soiled.
GLOVES: We do not wear gloves while moving. The disposable gloves do not hold up during a move and non-disposable options just provide opportunities to cross contaminate customers when moves are conducted back-to-back. We have found a consistent regimen of hand washing is the safest option.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Our movers will be wearing masks on site during initial walkthroughs and closing contracts and we ask that our customers do as well during these times.
Let us know if you are showing symptoms – As your move date approaches please let us know if you are running a fever and/or if you are suffering from flu-like symptoms. We trust that you will keep us informed either through email or by calling to let us know in advance so we can make a decision on a case-by-case basis if your move should be postponed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, don’t hesitate to give our office a call.
Practice Social Distancing – In observance of the possibilities of coronavirus spreading, we apologize in advance for not shaking hands with you. Please make sure to give our moving team space as they operate within your home or office.
Prep Home in Advance – We ask that you help prep your home or office in advance of our moving team showing up by disinfecting major surfaces, furniture items and appliances, and high traffic areas to limit as much exposure to our team as possible.
When possible, Keep Doors and Windows Open – In residential move settings when available, open (and leave open) outside doors and windows to increase air circulation before and during the move process.
