I was so impressed with ATX Firefighter Moving! The guys who came to move my grandmother's home (G., Evan, and Zeke, I believe) were over the top awesome. It was hot and there was a lot of very breakable furniture and glass, and right away, they put me at ease with how responsible and responSIVE they were to everything I gave them. G. in particular was very calming and confident that they could do the job well, and he was right-- they definitely did. They were even so fast that it caught me off guard and I had to leave to pick up my kids from school but they were totally fine working on their own to get the rest of the move done and lock up by themselves. Having them help with this move was honestly a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders (no pun intended!). Infinite thanks to them!

The movers were professional and knew what they were doing with all types of furniture and appliances. Very impressed with the work that was done and the timing of the whole move itself. I would recommend this company to friends and family alike. Nice work!

These movers were incredible! This was my first time hiring a moving company, and they really went the extra mile. Super quick, and very friendly team. All of our stuff made it safe and sound! I’m super thankful for these guys- will be using them again for future moves!

G and Brad were very professional and so nice! i definitely recommend using this moving company!! I appreciate how G and Brad were also so considerate to the rest of my sleeping family! They made almost no noise going up and down the stairs. Even Janice the woman that booked the service for me was so sweet and i could tell she wanted to get me the absolute best value! I am for sure using Firefighter Moving Co. for my next move!!!

This is the fourth time I have scheduled with ATX Firefighter Moving and they never disappoint! They are prompt, professional, polite, dedicated, careful and always pay attention to their surroundings. I highly recommend using these movers for any reason; from a small College apartment move into storage or a large facility from one side of Austin to another, they do it all - and they do it right!

Hands-down the best movers I’ve ever used. The guys were incredibly kind, helpful, and CAREFUL with our belongings. G, Josh, and Ben all worked quickly and their communication was stellar. They even took time to interact with my kiddos who were trying to help but really only getting in the way lol. Highly recommend! 🙂

Phenomenal experience! From the quote, to booking, to the actual move. I’ve had plenty of experience with professional movers & it’s never an enjoyable experience. They’re late, slow, break things, overcharge, etc. But not with ATX Firefighter Moving! G, Hunter, & Josh were amazing! They moved me from one city to another in record time, were incredibly kind & professional, & not a single thing was broken or damaged. Seriously, would HIGHLY recommend them!

The four guys that came out to help us relocate a hot tub and a cold plunge were awesome. We all kinda scratched our heads figuring out how to move these huge tubs, and these guys helped get it done quickly! Very grateful, and we’ll be using you guys again!

These guys helped out in a pinch. I had a storage unit that was broken into and I needed items moved quickly. They booked me an afternoon 2 days after I called. They got everything done and were very communicative the entire time. Will definitely be using them again if I have to move again.

G and Tim absolutely killed it with our move. We had some large, heavy, and awkward furniture, and they were able to get it all moved quickly and safely despite the third guy on their crew having to call out the day of the move.They were professional, friendly, and worked with us on every part of the process. They even helped us move some stuff we already had at our new house to get things arranged exactly the way we wanted.On top of all that, the final price was significantly lower than what I had been thinking it would be when we started looking for movers.If all of their movers are as solid as G and Tim, you can't go wrong hiring this company for your move. 💪

This team is amazing. Jessica in the office was super helpful getting me a last minute next-day appointment. My movers, Andrew and Tim, were fantastic. They were efficient but careful (a hard combo to find), friendly, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and will for sure be using them the next time I move!

Highly recommend these guys! Super satisfied! If I ever need to move again I will be calling them. 5 stars from beginning to end. Very affordable as well. Jessica was the one that I scheduled the move with. She was so friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. We scheduled the move for 2pm on a Saturday she mentioned that they may come earlier because they most likely will be done with their morning job quickly. I was totally fine with that the earlier the better. She was right they called me and said they would arrive in 20 min and just like that they were there at 12pm and ready to move. We had three movers Brad, Tim and Andrew. They were awesome guys. Very professional and respectful. Super careful with all of our furniture and items. They were so quick and got the job done in 3 hours. Mind you this is a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs with big heavy furniture. This would have taken us 2 days to get done if it was just my husband and I doing our own move. We had a bunch of water bottles and Powerade for them during the move which they were truly grateful for. If y'all book with these guys make sure to have plenty of water for them. Not mandatory, but it's a nice gesture. Can't say enough good things about this establishment. I can go on and on. If you're looking for movers look no further. Book with them! You won't regret it.

I needed help with moving a very large, very heavy box up narrow stairs with a tight turn at the top. These guys were great! They were not even daunted by the challenge, which some other movers had refused to do. Highly recommend, I would use them again.

Working with these guys was great. Got a text when they were on their way and they arrived on time. They helped box up my TV (I had kept the box) and put extra protection on some of my furniture for me. They worked extremely hard and fast with no time wasting at all. I worked with Hunter and Andrew specifically and they were great. Andrew is a genius when it comes to fitting things through doorways.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

Thank you for choosing ATX Firefighter Moving for your upcoming move. Safety is a top priority for us and in order to maintain the highest levels of safety, we have and will continue to implement new ideas and observe recommendations from agencies such as the CDC, Texas HHS, AMSA and SMA. Currently, we are not requiring our movers to wear masks during the move. This is due to the extreme physical labor moving in Texas requires. However, they will be wearing masks during the initial walk-throughs and the checkout process.

DURING YOUR NEXT MOVE

Masks Available During Walk-through and Checkout

Proper Hand-Washing is strictly observed

Adjusting Work Shifts as necessary

Temperature Checks are being done daily

Physical Distancing is maintained

Trucks are cleaned and disinfected before and after every move

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

Each mover on our team has their temperature checked with a no-contact forehead thermometer before they leave each morning to ensure we are not sending anyone out with a fever.
Requiring employees that exhibit symptoms to stay at home.
Implemented work from home policies for our office staff.
New morning procedures and scheduling practices to keep teams isolated and reduce our mover’s exposure to the smallest number of people possible.
We have supplied each of our team members with cloth masks. If you are a senior citizen or have a health restriction, please let your sales rep know so we can arrange for more mask wearing during your move.
IF RAINING: if we are moving during rain or storms, we may not be able to keep our masks on as breathing becomes incredibly difficult once the masks become wet/soiled.
GLOVES: We do not wear gloves while moving. The disposable gloves do not hold up during a move and non-disposable options just provide opportunities to cross contaminate customers when moves are conducted back-to-back. We have found a consistent regimen of hand washing is the safest option.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Our movers will be wearing masks on site during initial walkthroughs and closing contracts and we ask that our customers do as well during these times.
Let us know if you are showing symptoms – As your move date approaches please let us know if you are running a fever and/or if you are suffering from flu-like symptoms. We trust that you will keep us informed either through email or by calling to let us know in advance so we can make a decision on a case-by-case basis if your move should be postponed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, don’t hesitate to give our office a call.
Practice Social Distancing – In observance of the possibilities of coronavirus spreading, we apologize in advance for not shaking hands with you. Please make sure to give our moving team space as they operate within your home or office.
Prep Home in Advance – We ask that you help prep your home or office in advance of our moving team showing up by disinfecting major surfaces, furniture items and appliances, and high traffic areas to limit as much exposure to our team as possible.
When possible, Keep Doors and Windows Open – In residential move settings when available, open (and leave open) outside doors and windows to increase air circulation before and during the move process.
