We hired them for moving our son from Austin to Dallas (his first apartment). Marquees and Cody did a great job and took care to wrap up the furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and were very easy to work with. I would hire them again!UPDATE: I DID hire them again and they put in a full days' work to get me into my new home! Thanks again for going the extra mile and making my move so easy!

Today I had an awesome experience with this moving company. Three gentlemen assisted me in my move...AMAZING! Dasean, Timothy and Rangel were simply fantastic. They know their craft, they are kind, courteous and professional. I am ecstatic that I selected this company after interviewing three other companies. This was my third time using ATX Firefighter Moving for a move, and as usual they did an amazing job. Josh, PJ, and Q showed up right on time, packaged everything up, and were in and out of the old and new place very quickly. Would definitely use them again! They also have some of the cheapest rates around for a quality move service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM... I have moved 4 times in the past & used 3 different movers & these guys are the BEST. We had to move our stuff from one storage into another storage. At 8am, PJ, Rango, Ray and Q showed up on time, with high energy and worked fast & efficiently. They set up my new storage unit so much more organized than the last movers ever could. I'm very impressed & will definitely use them again when we move into our house. Here is a before & after pic.

Josh, Andrew, Ray, and Joe were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly, incredibly efficient, and handled everything with great care. The whole move went smoothly and much faster than I expected.They were professional, respectful, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. I really appreciated how careful they were with my furniture and how well they worked together as a team.If I ever move again, I would choose them without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I had JP and Josh move me into my new apartment Saturday. I can’t say enough good about them and the move. JP and Josh were great in communicating and prompt in their arrival. PJ led a team of young and strong men with professionalism through a challenging move full of steps on both loading and unloading. Hands down the best movers out there. ATX Firefighter Moving is professional, efficient, and made up of some of the nicest people you’ll ever work with. Used them to move out of the house for home renovation. They came on time and worked really efficiently, getting the house packed and on the truck and then unloaded at the storage unit - all in three hours.The crew communicated clearly, asked questions as needed, and were easy to work with. I would use them again for a move.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience with ATX Firefighter Movers. If you want a hardworking crew who knows their stuff, this is the local business to use. Transparent pricing, thorough explanations of services and policies, and great customer service!PJ and Rangale were communicative, considerate, and incredibly helpful, getting my one-bedroom apartment moved in less than 2 hours! They moved my prized possession- an extremely heavy bookcase with glass panels I inherited from my grandmother- carefully and with precision.This is who I’ll be using moving forward for all my moving needs!

PJ, Andrew, and Josh were incredibly efficient and friendly! Not only did they protectively wrap and quickly move every item unblemished (from a third story apartment to a storage unit), they dismounted and safely relocated my 58” television as well. Our moving team was fantastic! Luis managed the process like a pro and followed up just to make sure things went smoothly. Day of the move, Tim did great getting acquainted and working with the team to make our move fast and safe! Rangel was incredible at wrapping and ensuring no damaged goods, and Desean was a master at fitting everything into the truck!!! This was our second move with ATX Firefighters and we will be back for the next move (hopefully. It soon 🙃)! Highly recommend!! Thanks again!

ATX Firefighters got the job completed on time and within budget. Andrew and Quaylen went above and beyond to make us happy. All movers were diligent to make sure nothing was damaged. Luis my move coordinator has great customer service skills.

We have used PJ and Dasean to move us twice into Storage units from college apartments, and they have done a fantastic job both times. The first time included helping to disassemble some large furniture as well as moving it into a second floor storage unit, and even though it was very difficult, they never complained and were at all times smiling and being very helpful and in great spirits. We were very happy when they showed up the second time for our next job and had the same great positive attitude throughout the move, which made it all much more pleasant. Both times communication was excellent. They arrived on time and messages were clear and communication was great throughout the previous week. The price is also very reasonable! We will be calling them again next year when we move into the next apartment. All in all we highly recommend ATX firefighter moving!

Atx firefighter moving crew of Andrew Fabian and Victor were great! They did the move in less time than they had estimated, at a reasonable cost and were careful. Honest, responsible and clear communication. That’s what I want from moving crews. When they took a break to grab Gatorade, they clocked out. They dismantled and put together our beds and even helped with rolling out new rugs before placing furniture. 100% would recommend and use them again if needed.

Over the last year I have needed to hire movers 3 times and I was over charged, up-charged and had items damaged and lost. I hired Austin Firefighters to move my son from Dripping Springs to Ft. Worth this last week and I will never use another moving company again. Pj, Dasean, and Josh were early and worked very quickly. These young men were polite, respectful and very careful with our things. They even helped me move some heavy pieces of furniture to new locations in my home after they loaded all of my son’s furniture. Austin Firefighters charged me exactly what they estimated and honored a veteran discount. If you live in the Austin area this is the only moving company that you should consider using.

These movers are professional, courteous, and very fast workers. Josh, Desean, PJ and Rangel worked hard and moved so quickly while moving the entire contents of one house to our new home. They carried many heavy items up a big set of stairs even faster than I could get up the staircase by myself. They politely asked me where I wanted things so that each item or box was placed correctly. Luis communicated with me clearly about the move so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend this conscientious moving team.

Josh, Dasean, and Alejandro were awesome! These gentlemen hustled the entire time! We had them move all of our large furniture and they couldn’t have been better. They protected all of our furniture with blankets and then used shrink wrap to secure. While loading and unloading they made sure to not scuff any walls and some of these items they were moving did not make that an easy task. When we arrived at the new house they made sure to put everything in its correct spot to help alleviate us having to maneuver these large items. I would 100% use these guys again.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! I was referred to these guys by happenstance from a stranger I picked up moving boxes from on marketplace. There are hundreds of moving companies with thousands of reviews. ATX Firefighter, moving was the very first company to appear on Google when I searched and let me tell you I can understand why. P.J and Josh aside from being adorable and incredibly respectful “ yes ma’am , no ma’am “ took customer service, communication & genuine care above and beyond anything I have ever had with moving companies. After a weeklong moving process the two hours that these gentlemen wrapped up my move was a reprieve that was more needed than they will ever know. The follow up call later that day from Luis put the final touch on this moving experience. They worked efficient., fast but safe. This in the end saved me money and provided me with a lifelong moving company for myself or family and friends that I know. So if you come across these folks and you are in need of moving services, I guarantee you give these guys a try you will never regret it. WELL DONE!

They were SO QUICK and efficient. I called on a Friday, was moved by Sunday by two guys, PJ and Raphael(I’m so sorry if the spelling is wrong) and they got my whole apartment wrapped up and out then delivered within 2 hours. AND installed my washer/dryer, I could not be more grateful for these guys helping me get this done between shifts. Thanks so much again for everything!

We had a great expierence with Josh, Andrew, Pj, and Rangel. They did an excellent job moving our furniture and were very quick. We had a couch that had to be taken out over a balcony, and they did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly. The company was also flexible with having to reschedule the move due to an emergency.

I called ATX Firefighter Moving to move VERY heavy furniture in my house from downstair to upstairs. PJ & Q arrived at my house less than 24 hours from my phone call and did a superb job!!! They arrived on time and promptly went to work. They were very carful made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted it. This is the third time that I have used ATX. The reason I always come back to them is because of their professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail and honesty. They have moved our whole house twice and moved furniture within my house. I highly recommend them!

Fastest and smoothest move experience as always! I’ve used ATX Firefighter Moving in the past and they never disappoint.Amazingly and transparently priced!Josh and PJ were my movers and they were awesome! Very professional and friendly. They came fully prepared and started without hesitation.They moved my ridiculously heavy Purple mattress without a single complaint. Instead they were reassuring me that it was no problem each time I would apologize.On top of it all, they were extremely mindful of their surroundings and my furniture to ensure nothing was damaged and no walls/doors/floors were dinged or scuffed.I can’t imagine being moved by another company. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

Thank you for choosing ATX Firefighter Moving for your upcoming move. Safety is a top priority for us and in order to maintain the highest levels of safety, we have and will continue to implement new ideas and observe recommendations from agencies such as the CDC, Texas HHS, AMSA and SMA. Currently, we are not requiring our movers to wear masks during the move. This is due to the extreme physical labor moving in Texas requires. However, they will be wearing masks during the initial walk-throughs and the checkout process.

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

Each mover on our team has their temperature checked with a no-contact forehead thermometer before they leave each morning to ensure we are not sending anyone out with a fever.
Requiring employees that exhibit symptoms to stay at home.
Implemented work from home policies for our office staff.
New morning procedures and scheduling practices to keep teams isolated and reduce our mover’s exposure to the smallest number of people possible.
We have supplied each of our team members with cloth masks. If you are a senior citizen or have a health restriction, please let your sales rep know so we can arrange for more mask wearing during your move.
IF RAINING: if we are moving during rain or storms, we may not be able to keep our masks on as breathing becomes incredibly difficult once the masks become wet/soiled.
GLOVES: We do not wear gloves while moving. The disposable gloves do not hold up during a move and non-disposable options just provide opportunities to cross contaminate customers when moves are conducted back-to-back. We have found a consistent regimen of hand washing is the safest option.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Our movers will be wearing masks on site during initial walkthroughs and closing contracts and we ask that our customers do as well during these times.
Let us know if you are showing symptoms – As your move date approaches please let us know if you are running a fever and/or if you are suffering from flu-like symptoms. We trust that you will keep us informed either through email or by calling to let us know in advance so we can make a decision on a case-by-case basis if your move should be postponed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, don’t hesitate to give our office a call.
Practice Social Distancing – In observance of the possibilities of coronavirus spreading, we apologize in advance for not shaking hands with you. Please make sure to give our moving team space as they operate within your home or office.
Prep Home in Advance – We ask that you help prep your home or office in advance of our moving team showing up by disinfecting major surfaces, furniture items and appliances, and high traffic areas to limit as much exposure to our team as possible.
When possible, Keep Doors and Windows Open – In residential move settings when available, open (and leave open) outside doors and windows to increase air circulation before and during the move process.
